Description of SMS program and messaging use cases
This SMS program sends non-marketing text messages from California Short Sale Options, operated by Jeffrey David Bord, to users who opt in. Messaging use cases include sale-options review request confirmation, intake status, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, document-readiness reminders, missed-call follow-up, and close-loop follow-up for the requested review.
Opt-in consent
SMS consent is collected through the LeadConnector chat widget on the dedicated SMS opt-in page. Widget consent is not prechecked, SMS consent is not required to submit the sale-options review request, and consent is not a condition of purchase.
Disclosures for message/data rates
Message frequency varies based on your request and response status, usually no more than 6 messages per month unless you reply. Message and data rates may apply.
